About the conference

Two days of straight talk about mental health in public safety

Spend two days helping Sack the Stigma about mental health in public safety. Each person attending brings valuable understanding and ideas.

Listen to some of the country's experts and learn from them how they shifted the culture to understanding.

This is not a lecture hall. It is a room full of people who have run the same calls, carried the same weight home, and want the next shift to have an easier time saying something out loud. The conversation stays down to earth, and everyone in the room is part of it.

The stigma doesn't break on its own. It breaks when the people wearing the badge start the conversation themselves.

What you'll take back

Leave with more than a notebook

Every session is built around what you can actually use when you're back on shift.

Language that lands

How to open a conversation with a struggling coworker without making it weird, clinical, or career-threatening for either of you.

Culture change that sticks

Hear from agencies that moved the needle — what they tried, what failed first, and what finally shifted the room.

A wider bench

Two days in a room of peers, chaplains, clinicians and command staff who understand the job — and who you can call afterward.

Who should be in the room

Built for everyone who answers the call

If the job follows you home, this conference was written with you in mind.
